From creative consultation and concept development to full production and on-site installation, our process is seamless and intentional at every stage. The result is floristry elevated to design: refined, timeless, and unforgettable.

  • Each Atelier Rosa experience begins with a simple enquiry. Share your date, venue, and a few details about your wedding through our contact form.

    Our team will confirm availability in our diary and guide you through the next steps.

  • If we’re available for your date, you’ll be invited to a complimentary design consultation - either in person at our Glasgow city-centre studio or via video call, depending on your preference.

    This conversation is a chance for our floral designer to get to know you - to understand who you are, your story, and the atmosphere you want to create. It’s also where we explore your desired wedding aesthetic and overall design goals.

    This connection and creative insight guide the direction for your florals, ensuring every design feels deeply personal, visually cohesive, and authentically you. It’s also a lovely opportunity for our clients to get to know the floral designer who will guide them throughout their Atelier Rosa journey and be present on site on their wedding day.

  • Following your consultation, we curate a bespoke floral proposal shaped by creative direction, considered design concepts, and a personalised client moodboard. Each commission is tailored to the scale, setting, and atmosphere of your celebration, with a clear investment outline presented at proposal stage.

    Atelier Rosa specialises in full-service wedding floral design and on-site installation, most often working on medium to large-scale celebrations where floristry plays a defining role in shaping the guest experience.

    Full wedding floral design for approximately 100 guests begins from £3,000. Final investment reflects the scale of installation, floral density, and overall design scope.

    We approach every commission with transparency and integrity, ensuring our clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the design journey.

    When diary availability allows, we welcome a limited number of intimate or design-led weddings where the brief aligns closely with our signature aesthetic and refined approach to floral artistry.

  • To reserve your wedding date, bookings are confirmed with a 20% reservation fee, redeemable against your final balance.

    Atelier Rosa accepts a select number of weddings each year to ensure every commission receives the creativity, care, and craftsmanship it deserves.

    We are now warmly welcoming new wedding commissions for 2026 and 2027.

  • Around six weeks before your wedding, we meet again - in person or virtually - for your final design consultation. By this stage, most couples have confirmed guest numbers and key design details, allowing us to refine floral aesthetics, adjust quantities, or incorporate any final additions.

    Following this meeting, your event plan and floral sheets are updated to reflect your confirmed designs, ensuring every stem and vessel is thoughtfully accounted for.

  • Once your design is finalised and the remaining balance is settled (typically four to six weeks before your wedding), our studio curates your full operational plan - managing production timelines, logistics, and coordination with your venue or wedding planner.

    On the day, our floral design team installs every element with quiet precision and artistry, transforming your space into a cohesive, emotive environment that feels authentically you.

    Our professional floristry team personally delivers all bridal, groom’s, or spouse-to-be party florals on the wedding morning, ensuring every bouquet and buttonhole arrives fresh, secure, and picture-ready.
